康莱德酒店及度假村品牌旗下拥有24家酒店及度假村，未来的开业酒店将使其投资组合规模几乎翻倍。随着目前正在建设中的近四分之三的新开发项目，品牌计划今年仅开设7家酒店。2018年将较为平静，集团计划2018年加快14个物业的建设完成。
康莱德酒店及度假村超过一半的酒店分布在亚太地区，过去几年里亚太地区旅游业和酒店业获得了一致的增长。
