喜达屋创始人再度操盘新概念酒店

离开了喜达屋酒店集团的创始人 Barry Sternlicht 其实并没有远离酒店行业，先后操盘了 Baccarat 酒店，1 Hotel，Principal 等一系列新概念酒店。
2005年喜达屋资本以32亿美元总价收购了法国的 Groupe Taittinger and Société du Louvre（SDL）集团，该集团旗下拥有14间顶级酒店和800家经济型酒店，以及一个香槟品牌Taittinger、一个奢华水晶品牌 Baccarat和一个香水品牌Annick Goutal。
