深圳新都酒店确认退市

2017年5月16日，深交所对深圳新都酒店股份有限公司（以下简称“*ST新都”，000033.SZ） 依法作出股票终止上市的决定。
因违规为关联方提供担保等事项，*ST新都2013年度、2014年度连续两个会计年度的财务会计报告被出具无法表示意见的审计报告，公司股票自2015年5月21日起暂停上市。公司在披露2015年年报后提出恢复上市申请，深交所于2016年5月9日正式受理了该申请。
