青岛酒店资不抵债靠土地挂出天价

连续亏损两年后，青岛国敦大酒店的两位东家——林甲岩国际投资私人有限公司和中国民用航空华东地区管理局机关服务中心决定将手里的全部股权对外出售，转让挂牌价共计近4亿。
据悉，酒店本身并不值这么多钱，但在青岛房地产市场火爆的行情下，对于资不抵债的国敦大酒店来说，土地增值成为此次东家的脱身利器。
