瑞银资产管理(UBS Asset Management,简称UBS AM)计划投资日本酒店业4亿美元。作为该投资策略的一部分，瑞银集团将重点关注东京、大阪、名古屋、福冈、北海道等主要城市和地区的增值资产和发展机遇。
瑞银与三菱公司的合资公司已经运行了16年，将通过其私人基金管理子公司MCUBS Japan Advisors来管理酒店。合资公司的投资将集中于日本的有限服务酒店。
