多家房企涉足长租公寓

随着内地楼市调控不断升级且市场逐步进入存量房时代，被公认是万亿蓝海市场的“长租公寓”，伴随政策春风，又再度成为房企眼中的“宠儿”。
在TOP30房企中，已有1/3进入了长租公寓市场。另有消息称，目前万科、旭辉、龙湖等房企的租赁板块已有独立上市计划。
