梅西主题乐园将会在2019年建设完成，并且在2020年初正式开业。梅西主题乐园室内面积为46万平方米，室外面积约为12万平方米。除此之外，还有25万平方米的公共空间。
西班牙的Mediapro公司，将与中国的凤凰集团一起运营梅西主题乐园。
