富力地产"冲A"折戟

近日，证监会网站显示，在《上交所首次公开发行股票中止审查企业基本信息情况表》中，广州富力地产审核状态为中止审查，备注原因为发行人主动要求中止审查或者其他导致审核工作无法正常开展。这也意味着富力地产从2007年以来第五次折戟A股IPO。
富力地产发布公告称，公司已经向中国证监会申请中止A股IPO。
